Info Tech, Inc. announces ground breaking of new facility
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – November 3, 2014 Info Tech, Inc. (Info Tech) announced today that the company will build its new corporate headquarters building in the Celebration Pointe development near Archer Road and Interstate 75 in Gainesville.

"Improving our facility is vital to attracting and retaining the talent that makes us successful. It comes during a time where the tech community in Gainesville is in a rapid stage of growth and we feel that this cements our commitment to growing with the area."
The planned three-story, 60,000 square foot facility will be located on the west end of Celebration Pointe and will overlook a conservation area. Construction is anticipated to begin in Summer of 2015 with completion set for Fall 2016. The building will be LEED certified.
Info Tech is currently located in the Florida Farm Bureau building on Williston Road in Gainesville and has been a tenant in that facility since 1984.
"The Farm Bureau has been a wonderful home for us for more than 30 years," said Dr. Tom Rothrock, Info Tech President. "The building has been able to accommodate our growth and our relationship with the team here has certainly contributed to our success."
Celebration Pointe is a mixed-use development that will include more than 300,000-square-feet of planned Class-A office space. In total, it is a 125-acre, 1 million square- foot project.
