James T. McClave, Ph.D.
As the Infotech founder and CEO, Dr. McClave has provided statistical and econometric consulting services and expert testimony for hundreds of clients, including the U.S. Department of Justice and many states’ attorneys general. Dr. McClave has been teaching market analysis since its inception. His experience spans a wide variety of industries, from highway construction to health care. He is the author of six leading textbooks on statistics developed during his 20-year academic career.
Jeff Lee Derrer, P.E.
Mr. Derrer has more than 30 years of experience in transportation project management and engineering. He has been a Senior Consultant with Infotech since 2001, providing data analysis services to state transportation agencies. He previously worked for the North Carolina Department of Transportation as Head of the Contract Monitoring Section for more than 10 years, and for the Virginia Department of Transportation as Head of the Antitrust Section for four years. In those roles, he directed activities that analyzed contractor’s bids to ensure a competitive market place.
Dr. Kateryna Bondareva
Dr. Kateryna Bondareva serves as Sr. Business Analyst with AASHTOWare Project Data Analytics™ SaaS module. Ms. Bondareva joined Infotech as a member of AASHTOWare Project Estimation™ team. In 2017, she joined the AASHTOWare Project Data Analytics SaaS team, where she handles a variety of tasks, including requirements gathering and analysis, design, testing and usability studies. Her primary areas of business expertise are data analytics, preconstruction, and estimation. Ms. Bondareva holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Donetsk National Technical University. Her scientific area of interest is parallel modeling and simulation of complex dynamic systems.
