STIC Incentive Program
The State Transportation Innovation Council (STIC) Incentive program incentivizes innovation by providing up to $100,000 per year in financial support to offset the costs of implementing and standardizing innovative practices in a state transportation agency. Eligible projects must have a statewide impact on innovation.

BUILD Discretionary Grants
Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD) Transportation Discretionary Grants were launched in 2018 as part of a $1 billion program to improve American infrastructure.
