Tara Blythe is Infotech’s Chief People Officer and Vice President for People, Culture and Communications. In this role, Tara is responsible for organizational development, people operations, innovation and communications cultivating the people-centric culture that has been present since Infotech’s founding.
Tara is a national thought leader specializing in organizational development, innovation, change management and strategic planning. With over 20 years of leadership experience in the areas of organizational strategy, people operations and workforce development across multiple industries, she is an accomplished facilitator, curriculum designer, and consultant within her fields. Tara is also a current and past adjunct faculty member supporting Executive Education for the University of Florida and University of Georgia.
Tara holds an Ed.S. in Leadership and Organizational Development as well as degrees in Business Management, Psychology and Human Resources. Additionally, she holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
