Carole Pickens is Infotech’s Vice President for Governance, focusing on contracts, compliance, corporate governance, and intellectual property. In this role, Carole leads corporate services and administration.
With 33 years of leadership experience, including 23 years at Infotech, Carole oversees the negotiation of corporate and project policies, terms, and agreements. She leads a team that builds internal and external communities that collaborate early and often so that agreements are executed in a timely manner. Her team ensures a fair meeting of the minds is executed by following a consistent rule: know the work being contemplated.
Carole holds a master’s degree in leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
