Required for electronic bidding. The monthly fee is charged for each state agency and business to which the account is authorized to bid electronically. Cost is calculated by the number of approved unique agency and business authorizations.

Unlimited viewing and downloading of construction design plan sets for all state and local agencies participating in the Online Plan Sheets Service.
