Create Custom Queries at the Project Item Level

HOW IT WORKS

1.

Click “Query” to be taken into the custom query window. You’ll see that it has a yellow “Labs” indicator.

Navigate to the “Query Builder” and select “Project Items.” Currently, custom queries are only available at the item level.We’d love your feedback on what else it would be helpful to query on.

3.

Drag and drop different headers to begin creating your report.

4.

In the “Body” section, drag and drop or click the values of the data you want to be included in the report.

5.

Click “Preview” to run the report and ensure it’s pulling the right quantities.

6.

To save the report for later use, click “Save” in the “Actions” menu.

7.

Exporting the report will generate a CSV file. Clicking “Report” will generate a PDF.
