Shaune R. Stark, President
|
Personal History
Backed by 15 years of software development, information technology,
and consulting experience, Shaune had a vision to provide
business and technology solutions to companies that wanted
to both improve their business performance and to create value
for their clients within realistic and reasonable budget constraints.
This vision was the driving force behind the creation of Information
Technologies, Inc.
Prior Experience: With USWeb/CKS, Shaune demonstrated his technical
skills and business acumen as the Director of Technology Services,
by managing and guiding the successful development and delivery of
multiple large-scale projects. Shaune's clients included Dell,
USAA, FAO Schwarz, Dana Commercial Credit, and Southern Union Gas,
among others, and accounted for more than $8 million in
revenue for USWeb/CKS. Other positions have included tenures at software
development and consulting leaders such as Rational Software, Computer
Sciences Corporation, and MCC. In addition to his professional experience,
Shaune holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and
a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Texas at Austin.
Currently, Shaune provides leadership for the company’s information
technology and business solutions implementations. His main
focus is the delivery of technical business solutions to include
e-business, management of technology services and innovative media and
communications to a variety of clients.

Andrew Levy, Vice President
|
Personal History
After a 12 year military career, including three years as a commander
in the 82nd Airborne Division, Andrew decided to move the focus of his career
to the private sector. The resulting blend of leadership, technology, and
delivery skills has allowed Andrew to excell in the execution and completion
of mission critical enterprise systems.
Prior Experience: With USWeb/CKS, Andrew demonstrated his technical
expertise and exceptional leadership ability as a Technology Manager by managing
and guiding the successful development and delivery of multiple large-scale
projects. Andrew’s clients included USAA, and FAO Schwarz, among others, and accounted
for more than $5 million in revenue for USWeb/CKS. Other positions have
included tenures with the US Army at Fort Bragg and in Saudi Arabia, occupying
Brigade-level positions such as Organizational IT Manager and Senior Software Engineer.
In addition to his professional experience, Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in
Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor's degree in
Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.
Andrew now provides guidance and direction for ITI’s Internet technology
implementations. His main concentration is to remove any obstacles that will
degrade the delivery process and ensure that all software implementations are
compliant with all phases of the Unified Process Development Methodology.

Steve Arshad, Vice President
|
Personal History
Steve is ITI's client resource for strategic planning and B2B consumer
online marketing. He helps ITI's clients with Internet strategy,
online advertising, Internet execution, as well as developing
innovative e-marketing tools.
Prior Experience: With USWeb/CKS, Steve demonstrated his result-
oriented style and high-tech management experience by executing
and managing the successful launch of FAO Schwarz' fao.com e-commerce
site. During his tenure Steve generated over $3 million in revenue for USWeb.
Other positions have included tenures at industry leaders such as
Supportkids.com, Dell and Harte-Hanks.
While Steve serves as ITI's chief client contact, he still remains active
in the Austin Community by actively serving on committees for the
American Red Cross, Ballet Austin, Austin Software Council, Young
Men’s Business League and the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce.
